If you are an Abbott Answering Service client using alpha pagers and have cell phones, we would like to encourage you to change your message delivery from Alpha page to cell phone using SMS messaging (texting).

STAY UP-TO-DATE ON YOUR ANSWERING SERVICE

SMS messaging offers the following benefits: 
  • Once the messages are migrated to the cell phones, the alpha pagers, and monthly fees can be cancelled.
  • The message delivery time is decreased from 45 to 5 seconds.
  • You can reply back to Abbott Answering with an SMS message with further instructions or acknowledging a message with an ETA. This eliminates a call back to Abbott Answering when it may not be possible.
